[...] Introducing The Pad! Jump to Comments We’ve been busy lately getting our new two-bedroom apartment ready to rent out. It’s ready! It’s in the same building as The Loft, but one floor up, which means it has a terrace. Great news for those who want a quiet place to read or feel like trying their hand at Argentinean grilling. [...]

Yea, maybe you're right about flowers not quite working at an asado. I'm glad you think it's a good guide though. We tried to be as thorough as possible.

I have not had tongue in escabeche. I'm going to beg my Argentinean friends to show me how to make it. Sounds wonderful!

Cheers,
Angela

Wow, this is the ultimate asado guide for yankis:P
Two things. Bringing wine or ice cream is ok, but flowers?
Feel like it is kind of innapropiated to bring flowers to an asado.
The second, have you tried tongue "in escabeche".
This is the most usual way to eat escabeche, with oil, garlic, etc., and it´s just amazing.
