I went there in summer 09 with some friends. it was absolutely amazing and affordable (considering the peso).
Had a kir, then the onion soup, a little sorbet to cleanse the palate, then the malbec (x3), and main courses of venison and sheep ravioli. finally, a tomate confit and cafe con crema.
afterwards, the chef was so cool, he and one of the waiters met up with us later for drinks!

Oh, there’s something I forgot to mention in the review. As we were leaving, they told us that they are going to have a special dinner on July 14 for the Bastille Day celebrations. If you happen to be here then, that would be the time to go!

Hi Eric, the oysters were way better than oysters I’ve had in New Orleans… so fresh and tasty. Truly amazing. You might want to call ahead of time to see if they have oysters because they weren’t on the regular menu. I suppose he offers them when he gets really good ones… that’s the way it should be anyway. Great review. Those oysters look absolutely amazing. I’ve been searching for fresh seafood in BA and as you’ve already realized it’s not the easiest. I have to check out this restaurant.
