Rates for the Pad
All rates are in US dollars. For each rental, there is a $30 USD charge for cleaning and laundry. It’s a one-time fee. There are no administrative fees.
Methods of Payment
- Cash – We prefer that you pay in cash (US dollars) at the moment of check in. There are no transaction fees or banking fees when you pay in cash, so this is the cheapest route.
- Wire Transfer – You can pay by wire transfer to a US bank account. In this case, there is a $10 US banking fee to be paid by the renter in addition to the full rent. This should be paid before your arrival to ensure that it has reached our bank account by the time you are checking in.
- Credit Card – Credit cards can be used through PayPal. There is an additional 5% transaction fee charged by PayPal that will be added on to the rental amount. If you’d like to use your credit card or pay through PayPal, you will need to let us know in advance so that we can send the request (rent + 5%) to you before you leave home. You’ll have to pay this before leaving home because PayPal blocks access when you try to use your account while overseas.
Please Note: We’ve had several people come to stay with us over the past few months who’ve intended to pay by credit card through PayPal once they arrive. In every case, they’ve been blocked from using PayPal from abroad. It’s a security issue and a good policy. But it leaves all of us in a difficult situation.
If you are intending to use PayPal to pay your rent, please keep in mind that for security reasons PayPal may block your account if you try to access it while abroad.

quisiera saber si Ud tiene disponibilidad por una semana en “The Pad” del 24 de Enero con un check-out el 31 de Enero o si no una semana del 7 de Febrero con un check-out el 14 de Febrero . Pagaremos en efectivo al momento del check-in.

Ahora te mando un mensaje por mail. Pero si…. el Pad esta disponible por una semana del 24 enero hasta el 31 enero. En febrero, solo tengo el Depto disponible la semana del 7 al 14.

por favor me puedes mandar un email a mi correo porque hasta ahora no hemos recibido nada…y nos gustaria alquilar el Pad si aun esta disponible por las fechas del 24 de Enero al 31. Mas bien indicarnos como podemos proceder a la reserva.

Puede ser que estan llegando en el SPAM? No se. Te mande tres mails. Igual, el Pad ya se alquilo por esas fechas. Estan todos alquilados. No se porque no llego mi primer mail cuando todavia teniamos disponibilidades. Espero que pasen bien las vacaciones en Buenos Aires.

Hi there I’ looking for accomodation from the 16/02/12 to the 28/02/12 .Is the Pad free for that period and if so how much would it cost I cant seem to work it out from you site map.
