Very early cancellation. If you have to cancel at least two months prior to your check-in date, we will refund 100% of the rent, the cleaning fee, and the damage waiver. We will not refund the booking fee.
Early cancellation. If your cancellation falls between one and two months from your check-in date, we will refund 50% of the rent, the cleaning fee, and the damage waiver. We will not refund the booking fee. If we are able to book out the apartment for the same time, we will refund the amount we are able to recuperate from the new booking.
Late cancellation. If the cancellation happens with less than one month’s notice, we will refund the cleaning fee and the damage waiver. And if we are able to book out the apartment for those same dates, we will refund the amount we are able to recuperate from the new booking.

We are a small operation with only a handful of vacation rentals in Buenos Aires. We cannot easily write off lost income from cancellations.
If you are concerned about the possibility of a last-minute cancellation or early departure, we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
